A five member team of Quality Council of India visited Neogi Technologies & Research Pvt. Ltd. on 3rd August, 2018. Mr. Samir Kumar Neogi, Managing Director, NTR Pvt. Ltd. welcomed the team in the factory. The team members were Mr. Akash Agarwal, Mr. Sameer Parashar, Mr. Rohit Jain, Mr. Ajoy Sharma and Mr. Manoj Arora. The idea of the visit of QCI team was to capture the insights and practices of NTR Pvt. Ltd. in a structured manner which will help other MSME s to learn and evolve further processes for the improvement of business. Mr. Sandip Kumar Neogi, Director & In Charge of ZED, NTR Pvt. Ltd. along with his team members was present all through the day with QCI team. Mr. C R Maitra (Consultant) and Mr. R Venkatesan were also present during their visit.
Mr. Goutam Basu and Mr. Chandan Mukherjee explained in detail the condition and status of NTR Pvt. Ltd. before and after implementation of ZED. Mr. Basu also narrated the experiences acquired during implementation of ZED. The QCI team also captured the experiences gathered by NTR Pvt. Ltd. from NTR Management and from the people of the shop floor.
During interaction with the QCI team, both Mr. Samir Kumar Neogi and Mr. Sandip Kumar Neogi suggested to simplify the ZED Assessment Model. The QCI team assured that they would make the parameters of ZED Maturity Assessment Model simpler and bring about more clarity to help the MSME s understand the model better.
The QCI team appreciated the approach and cooperation of NTR team for giving valuable inputs for making the “Make In India” and ZED Maturity Assessment Model.
