SHARING OF LEARNING & EXPERIENCE OF ZED (ZERO DEFECT & ZERO EFFECT) BY NTR PVT. LTD.
At the invitation of Quality Council of India, An Autonomous Body set up by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Neogi Technologies & Research Pvt. Ltd. shared its valuable learning and experience for the ZED initiative in the Inaugural Session of Five Day Residential Training Programme on ZED for MSME officials on 12th February, 2018 at the Training And Research Complex Auditorium, Ground Floor, Indian Institute of Science Education & Research (IISER), Mohanpur, Kolkata.
Mr. Sandip Kumar Neogi, Director, Neogi Technologies & Research Pvt. Ltd. along with Mr. C R Maitra and Mr. Goutam Basu were present in the session. Dr. Ramanand Shukla, the trainer elaborated about the Genesis of ZED which was followed by introduction to ZED Maturity Model & Scheme. Mr. Sandip Kumar Neogi in his address about Industry View on ZED Maturity Model told about the knowledge base of NTR Pvt. Ltd. which was of help to start ZED initiative. Mr. C R Maitra on behalf of NTR Pvt. Ltd in his PPT presentation told about the background scenario for ZED implementation in NTR Pvt. Ltd. He also told about the different tools that was either developed or introduced during ZED processing time. Mr. Goutam Basu told about the benefits achieved by the company during its ZED implementation journey.
NTR PVT. LTD. IN “ COMPETENCE BUILDING FOR MANUFACTURING EMPHASIZING MSMES”.
Neogi Technologies And Research (P) Ltd was a participant in the “Competence Building for Manufacturing emphasizing MSMEs” organized by BCC&I on the second day of Annual Manufacturing and MSME Conclave at Williams Magor Hall ,Kolkata 700001. A team of NTR Pvt. Ltd. comprising of Mr. G Basu, Mr. S Das and Mr. A Ghosh gave PPT presentation on the different business excellence adopted by the company during the last few years. A panel of judges was present to choose the top performers out of fourteen participants who were selected for presentation on “Competence Building for Manufacturing emphasizing MSMEs”.
Mr. Sandip Kumar Neogi ,Director, Neogi Technologies And Research (P) Ltd gave an unique presentation on “Adopting ZED as a way of life for journey towards Excellence”. His wonderful knowledge sharing presentation was appreciated at all level.
Dr. Anjan Ghosh, Chief of the judges’ panel told that the MSME s should fix their target, assign the process for reaching the target and finally measure the approaches to understand their strength. NTR Pvt. Ltd. was a given a trophy for their presentation.
