Neogi Technologies & Research Pvt. Ltd. was invited to give its presentation in a Webinar on “Atmanirbhar Bharat: Rural Livelihood” organized by Pranavananda Institute of Management & Technology on 18th August, 2020. Mr. Sandip Kumar Neogi, Director, NTR Pvt. Ltd. gave his virtual presentation on the subject matter. Prof. Prabir Kumar Dey, Director, PIMT welcomed all the speakers in the session.

Mr. Neogi in his address conveyed his thanks to the organizers for giving the opportunity to NTR Pvt. Ltd. to speak on a glaring issue particularly in Post Covid 19 situation. Mr Neogi mentioned about Mr. Dhruvapada Neogi, the mentor and guide of Neogi Group of Companies who started the business sometimes in the year 1971 in the name of “The South Point” through repairing and servicing of fuel dispensing pumps. With the advent of time, the knowledge base of repairing and servicing was transferred to manufacturing of Fuel Dispensing Pumps with indigenous raw material and technology under Neogi Technologies & Research Pvt. Ltd. Mobile concept of Fuel dispensing Pump was also brought in by NTR Pvt. Ltd. which is helping the dispensing of fuels in rural areas also. It is also generating employment. Noting could be more exemplary for “Atmanirbhar Bharat: Rural Livelihood” than this one. Mr. Dhruvapada Neogi during his start of business could never think of the support as the “Stat Ups” of these days are enjoying. It was the determination and perseverance that led him to fifty years of sustenance and business excellence.

Mr. Sandip Kumar Neogi requested all the entrepreneurs to practise the habit of developing new ideas in order to apply in the field of business which will automatically lead them to the desired path of “Atmanirbhar Bharat”.
