NTR Participation in MSME CONCLAVE
Neogi technologies and Research Pvt. Ltd. joined MSME Conclave towards a Competitive and Future – ready MSME for India in the 100 years of Independence. Mr. Sandip Kumar Neogi, Director and Mr. Tarun Sen along with Mr. P K Dey and Mr. G Basu joined the session. Sri Rajesh Panday, IAS, Principal Secretary, Department of MSME& Textiles, Govt. of West Bengal was also present in the programme.
The session was organized by the CII (ER) on 14 September 2023 at ITC Sonar, Kolkata. During the open discussion, the first theme/discussion centered around :
1. “Explore the transformative power of technology adoption for MSMEs.”
The Future Factory can forecast, react to and adapt to market changes in order to streamline business procedures and customize the customer experience. Employing new technologies makes it much simpler to build up complicated systems while simultaneously lowering the total complexity of a manufacturing platform. In today's fiercely competitive landscape staying ahead in the technology race has become fundamental for sustainability. Embracing cutting-edge solutions is not just a choice but a necessity. Adopting AI, Data Analytics and Digital Marketing in streamlining operations and boosting market presence is the need of the hour.
2. The 2nd theme/discussion centered around "Finance for MSME"
MSME in India is afflicted with credit issues and the credit gap has significantly swelled up. To resolve the liquidity problem, a few measures have been announced by the Reserve Bank of India - that would put small small enterprises back on the recovery path with immediate relief from the working capital crisis.
3. The 3rd theme/discussion centered around
“Navigating Compliance and Exporting New Business, I R Compliances, ESG Compliances and procurement through GeM. Compliance means that a company adheres to the applicable rules and laws. This includes both country-specific laws and requirements from the regulatory authorities as well as internal company directives. A range of tools and processes can be implemented and used by a company to bring about good compliance Compliance helps Enterprises avoid legal penalties, build trust and reputation, reduce business risks, access funding and Investment Opportunities, and navigate complex regulatory frameworks. By prioritizing compliance, Enterprises can establish a solid foundation for Growth and success in the long term.
